I order some items online and opted to collect in store. I received an email telling me my items were ready for collection and I was asked if I knew when I would be collecting them, so they could be stored accordingly. My items were waiting in the shop to be collected when we arrived and we could easily have been in and out within 5 mins (if we didn't stop for a browse). Will be back again soon.
