Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order you have just placed, you may do this by contacting our online support at marketing@coisnahabhann.ie within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel after this time, we reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees.

Right to cancel

You have a right to cancel and get a full refund up to 14 days from when you make a purchase. The cancellation timeline starts once your order has been delivered.

This right to cancel does not apply in certain circumstances, for example, if a product/service is personalised or not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons.

When you place an order online or by phone, you have the statutory right to cancel at any time up to 14-calendar-days from the day after you receive the goods, without any reason. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us. 

 

Notify us of your intention to cancel

If you decide that you would like to cancel your order within the 14 days after receiving you item(s), you should notify us of your intention to cancel your order by emailing us at marketing@coisnahabhann.ie. You must do this within 14 calendar days of having received your order.

 

Restrictions on cancellation

There are some circumstances where there are restrictions on cancellation and you won’t have a right to cancel unless the item(s) are faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

We cannot offer cancellation in the following circumstances:

  • If the item is question is personalised/custom made, or specially ordered 
  • If the product is not in a new, unused condition with its original packaging intact and undamaged
  • If the product is not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons
  • Products that require assembly that have been partially or fully assembled
  • Tickets for events
  • Gift Cards & Online Gift Vouchers
  • Free items

 

Cancellation process

When the package you have returned is received*, your refund will be issued within 48 hours and funds should reach your bank account within 5 working days after that. Refunds will only be made to the original credit or debit card of purchase.
